Free Golf Ball Club PromotionsTerms and ConditionsHow to participate Register your email address on the promotion web site at http://www.FreeGolfBallClub.com (the “Promotion Web site”). The email address must valid; or You also cannot participate if you are an employee (or a family member of such employee) of Free Golf Ball Club Promotion or any other company of the Free Golf Ball Club Group. Customers who wish to participate in the VIP Promotion must have VIP status with Free Golf Ball Club. You can enter the VIP Promotion at any time during the promotion period once you have obtained VIP status. VIPs that already participate in a Free Golf Ball Club cash back promotion are excluded from both the Promotion and the VIP Promotion. If you are a new Free Golf Ball Club customer, as part of the registration process for your Free Golf Ball Club Account you will be asked to accept our general Terms and Conditions which will govern the relationship between you and us. Further information is contained in our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Registration is free. By registering for the Promotions you agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree to receive additional email communication from Free Golf Ball Club and Promotion Partners in relation to the Promotions. Promotion Period Free Golf Ball Club reserves the right to end the Promotions at any time during the Promotion Period in its sole discretion or to make changes to the Promotions at any time in its sole discretion by giving notice to existing participants via email to the email account registered with the participant’s Free Golf Ball Club account. Eligible transactions Free Golf Ball Club reserves the right to disregard any transactions that Free Golf Ball Club in its sole but reasonable discretion deems an abuse of these Promotions, including but not limited to transactions that have no commercial purpose or multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the package eligibility. Packages Packages are subject to availability and Free Golf Ball Club reserves the right to substitute a package for an equivalent package at any time and in its sole discretion. Non-cash packages cannot be substituted for cash. Packages will be determined monthly and winners will be notified within 14 days by email sent to the primary email account registered on the Free Golf Ball Club Account. If Free Golf Ball Club is unable to contact the winner at his or her primary email account or does not receive a response within 14 days of the notification, the package shall be forfeited and Free Golf Ball Club has the right to award the package to an alternative member. In order to ship packages, we may require further information from you such as a valid shipping address. You are not required to pay for shipping or to pay any other fees or charges or incur any costs in connection with receiving the package. We may ask you to consent to publication of your first name and country and town of residence. Legal Recourse The Promotions are brought to you solely by Free Golf Ball Club Ltd. They are not made on behalf of any merchant or Promotion Partner. The Promotions are governed by Canadian Law. The Promotions are void where prohibited by law. Any matters relating to the Promotions will be resolved under Canadian Law and the Courts of Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By accepting these rules you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Promotions. Free Golf Ball Club will not be held responsible for any entrant entering unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the web site and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
